During our weeks at home in spring 2020, I will be updating our homework website.
Thanks for checking!
In sixth grade, science is one of the students’ core academic courses. This provides students with dedicated time for learning to make new discoveries, solve problems, and see the world around themselves in new ways. We will begin the year by exploring human anatomy and physiology with a focus on the nervous system. This will be followed by an introduction to cells through the lens of human health. In the spring, students will take on an in-depth study of water. They will explore the role of water in Earth’s systems and get to know a local marine ecosystem.
